When I first decided to be a copywriter, I had the hardest time finding any real information on copywriting. I didn't know how to become one, I didn't know what I should charge, heck I couldn't even find the basic professional criteria.

Because I didn't know where to look, I undercharged terribly, I wrote terribly, I made some serious mistakes and I almost gave it up for good before taking a leap of faith. I invested in a copywriting course, a lot of books, and stuck with it.

I spent a few years of my life, not to mention several thousand dollars, on becoming a copywriter. I almost got scammed a number of times, I did get scammed a few, and I hate seeing both small business owners and novice copywriters defrauded due to the lack of free, easy to find information.

So I decided to "break the code." I'm a pro copywriter, and I love my job. I'll explain what we do, what it costs, and why it's worth the money in clear, plain English.

I'll also tell you what it really takes to become one and how not to spend several thousand dollars getting there. Tip: If the class costs more than 500 dollars a day and there is no homework, it's a ploy to get your money. Double that if they say "It's easy!"
